Masari Dwisepakat Fiber was established in 1993 and began its production for MDF boards in 1995. It is a company built on the expertise and professional knowledge of the woodworking industry of Mukti Group personnel. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber strives to be make a global presence in the lucrative wood processing industry.

PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber specializes in manufacturing “Medium Density Fiberboard” (MDF). MDF is one of the four main categories of wood based panels-laminated boards, particle boards, fiber boards and oriental strand boards.

Currently, PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber manufacturing plant is located in Karawang on approximately 200.000 m2 land, around 1.5 hour drive from the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta. It is capable of producing 7,000 m3 per month or approximately 84,000 m3 per annum of high quality thin panel Medium Density Fiberboard with the utilization of Mande - press machine installed in the mills. The product of PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber has been known internationally and domestically by the name of MASARI BOARD.

PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber specializes primarily in thin MDF boards from 2.5 mm to 4.75 mm with rubberwood as its raw material. The distribution of the fiber and uniform compactness throughout the Masari board enable a smooth surface and edge finish.  DRSP Originally. Due to is stable and homogeneous characteristics, the Masari board can be curved, turned, engraved, pressed, and easily finished through veneering, PVC/paper lining, transparent varnishing or lacquering process.

This flexibility allows thin MDF to be an excellent material for producing furnitures such as drawer bottoms and cabinet backs, interior door skins, interior decorative walls, wall ceiling and panels, kitchen accessories, partitions, picture frames, package boxes, etc. Other common uses of MDF include PCB (printed circuit boards) for computer chips and wiring components, as well as Hi-FI equipments due to its acoustic properties.

The surface smoothness of the un-sanded board enabled direct application for secondary processing, such as: lamination of patterned wood (veneer), patterned paper, vinyl and PVC.
The versatility of MDF boards has made it an extremely popular material in many appliances, thus becoming a potential substitute for plywood in the near future.

We have partnered with sister companies to process our MDF boards using paper melamine laminating and other methods to create value-added products specifically catered to our customer's request.
