MNC clients we provide solutions to current Global undersea looking for an experienced project Manager to join quality team of Singapore.
- Monitor, verify and report on implementation of quality requirements in project execution both internal and at Suppliers.
- Perform Contract Review focusing on quality requirements for systems, products, operations and documentation. Involve relevant quality personnel.
- Ensure that project quality requirements are identified and communicated to the project organisation and relevant internal stakeholders (including supply chain). Initiate the need for additional project specifications to address contract requirements in Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
- Establish Project Quality Plan and roll out to the project organisation.
- Perform regular status meetings with quality personnel on QA/QS and inspection activities.
- Identify, plan and ensure approval of all quality documentation in project to meet customer quality requirements.
- Ensure effective planning of all inspection and test activities in Inspection Test Plan (ITP) database.
- Establish reports and give overall status on project Quality Notifications on regular basis. Identify critical issues with delivery impact.
- Follow up and ensure timely processing of own quality notifications and of the project quality team.
- Participate in project risk review and perform mitigation activities.
- Plan and perform project verifications/reviews in co-operation with client. Plan participation of quality personnel in kick-off meetings and pre-production meetings at Suppliers to ensure understanding of quality requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant Project Management experience
- Oil and Gas fabrication background preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Lead Auditor or Lead Accessor qualifications preferred
- Degree holders preferred but also open to candidates with vast experience in the industry
