SALES ENGINEER
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pro-actively generate new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative & with the support of sales team to develop the core propositions & generate new business leads.
- Follow up, support & action any potential new business clients.
- Provide accurate & timely management information, to include:
- Target focused action plans
- Activity reports
- Forecast
- KPI’s
- Order, revenue, & GP reports
- Develop & maintain a high level of understanding of Qdc value propositions and to be able to present these in context to the client need.
- Perform such other duties as may occur from time to time as instructed & agreed by Sales & Bid General Manager.
- With the help of bidding team, produce customer-specific proposals, & attend customer meetings & presentation, at all times aiming to persuade prospects / clients of the benefit of Qdc’s services.
- Produce monthly status reports to each client & establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
- Actively seeking to increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell & up-sell reward scheme to targets.
- Establish & maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone & e-mail communication.
- Respond to request from President Director in efficient & timely manner.
- Have educational background of Telecommunication Engineering.

- Have minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at Telecommunication Industry.

Responsibilities:
- Re-check and re-survey route of transmission line
- Topography
- Suplay data for tower schedule, longitudinal profile and diagonal profile
- Having educational background minimum diploma in Geodesy
- Able to conduct resurvey for suplay data :
- Longitudinal profile
- Diagonal profile
- Having good knowledge of topography
- Able to use theodolite
- Able to work on setting the stub transmission tower foundation
- Able to operate a total station
- Have 5 years minimum experience in the same position at telecommunication area
- Having experience in the project transmission line PLN
- Good health & willing to climb tower if needed
- Ready to be replaced at all areas in Indonesia
- You will be tasked to achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures such as vessels’ capex/conversion costs, revenues, forecast purchases of material, equipment and services, ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed to client/vendor. This includes :
General
- Performs cost management activities in accordance with the tube lines procedures and work instructions
- Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
- Supports project teams to ensure costs are controlled within Budget and Authority, and that cost control is maintained from inception to completion
- Proactively identifies changes that have a commercial impaction and ensures that project changes are tracked and reported through the Trend Process
- Works closely with Account Manager and Project Manager to Agree contract budget, progress payments, valuation of contract variations and contract financial close-out
- Plans, coordinates, and prepares project specific budget. Assists in developing requirements for budgeting standards
- Determines scope definition requirements for a discipline or other specialty, and works with Engineering and other sources to coordinate the project of required data to conform to the overall estimate preparation plan
- Performs or coordinates the performance of cost structure development and application to takeoffs, derived quantities, quantity assumption and cost allowances within a discipline or other specialty
- Evaluating and Forecasting
- Performance of cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Management with project status, forecasts and definition of alternatives for review by Management.
- Provides the Project Managers, GM Operation and President Director with commercial information through estimating and budgeting, risk management, interpretation of project information, variance analysis, trending and forecasting
- Calculates and validates the incurred costs of materials, contracts and labour and prepares ACWP accruals supported by appropriate documentation
- Identifies project cost and schedule risks and trends and manages them to reduce risk
- Develops and implements requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports. Performs performance monitoring and control functions
- Creates and implements quantity measurement systems for given processes, analyzes performance metric results, and identifies improvements
- Age 30 – 45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance or Equivalent
- At least 4 years in the same position
- At least 6 years of experience in project cost control and reporting with exposure to project accounting, risk analysis and management, contracts/commercial documentation understanding and administration.
- Preferred have experience in a construction company

Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or behaviors exemplified by the following:
- Manage all functions of accounting in data processing & financial information to produce financial report that needed by company accurately & on schedule.
- Coordinate & control planning, reporting, & payment of tax obligation of company so that be efficient, accurate, on schedule, & align with government regulation.
- Plan, coordinate & control company cash flow, especially management of debit & credit, so it can ascertain the availability of company operational fund & the healthy of financial condition.
- Plan & coordinate company budgeting, & control the budget usage to ascertain the fund usage effectively & efficiently in supporting company operational activities.
- Plan & coordinate development of system & procedure of finance & accounting, and control the implementation to ascertain all process & financial transaction runs well & order, and reduce financial risk.
- Coordinate, plan & financial analyze to provide input from financial side for company leader in decision making for business matter, either for investment need, expansion, operational or other financial condition.
- Plan & coordinate company’s taxation to ascertain the efficiency of cost & obedience toward tax regulation.

- Having educational background minimum bachelor degree in accounting
- Good understanding of accounting standard system in Indonesia.
- 5 years of experience in managing company financial, especially in telecommunication industry
