3. ONSHORE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
- Pre Start Up of the acreage facilities; plan with the O & M Advance (Maintenance) and Acreage Specialist (Training and Commissioning) to advance a Aliment and Asset Integrity Strategy underpinned by the adapted processes, procedures and safe alive practices.
- Pre Start Up; advance the Aliment Strategy that shall beset all accompanying aliment activities that shall cover the adapted mix of planned and appointed routines forth with predictive and antidotal tasks and inspections. Advance a Accident Based Inspection (RBI) Database (ideally intelligent), adjustable with Pearl Energy (Mubadala) expectations and Indonesian legislation. - Supervise the development of a Computerized Aliment Administration and Abstracts System (CMMMS).
- Responsible to plan with Project Administration Team (PMT), Operations Team and EPC Contractor to cautiously undertake all Commissioning Activities column Mechanical Completion (MC analogue – Mechanical Completion across-the-board of Pre Commissioning).
- Analyze and advance Commissioning Procedures ensuring that all HSSE accompanying issues are taken into account.
- Responsible to analyze and advance a Handover Strategy to facilitate a seamless and auditable alteration of sub systems, systems and accessories from the PMT to Operations.
- Column Start Up; apparatus and administer all Operational and Aliment strategies, processes, procedures and safe alive practices.
- Under the advocacy of the Operations Framework (OF) advance the adapted processes, procedures and plan practices in adjustment to ensure that the workforce functions in a safe, amount able and able address which ensures circadian arrangement obligations are maintained as scheduled.
- With Operations Manager, advance Pre and Column Start Up Training Plan to cover HSSE Training and Vendor Training. The OMF shall be included as allotment of training element.
- Instrumental in development of Integrated Plan to ensure any planned / adventitious blow is finer managed and announced (Partners / Migas / vendors etc).
