BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Advance new business opportunities for Activity company.
• Identify and accost new bazaar opportunities.
• Analyze abeyant business ally for articles administration deals.
• Advance action and apparatus affairs and partnerships about artefact Content distribution.
• Communicate opportunities beyond the alignment Structure, accommodate and abutting new business deals alive in affiliation with All team.
• Initiate, advance and administer able centralized partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the alignment in adjustment to auspiciously advance activities and efforts to access addition and adroitness in anecdotic new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Male.
2. Maximum age 35 years old.
3. Experience in Energy Company or Managerial level.
4. University degree in Business / Informatics Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5. Good knowledge on the business development methodology.
6. Strong on requirements management and quality / acceptance testing.
7. Good project management skills.
8. Experience in negotiation.
9. Good leadership and motivational skills.
10. Experience in business process review.
11. Good communication and presentation skills.
12. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
13. Sound planning and budgeting capability.
14. Hard worker and team player.
15. Good command in English both written, spoken and reading.
16. Adaptable to deliver work/projects within tight deadlines.
17. Project delivery process experience and knowledge.
18. Demonstrated commitment to supporting a team focused environment CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE THINKING.
19. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – IN OIL & GAS INDUSTRIES
• Male/ female.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Mechanical/Petroleum/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
• Experiences: 3-5 years in Oil & Gas Industries.
• Age maximum 35 years old.
• Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation.
• Initiating a marketing led ethos throughout the business.
• Able to research and report on external opportunities.
• Developing the marketing strategy and plan.
• Best knowledge and experience in Mechanical/Petroleum/Industrial/Electrical is a must.
• Posses integrity and good interpersonal skill, aggressive, confidence, and smart.
• Target Achievers and familiar with working under pressure environment.
• Work hard, think smart and out of the box.
• Excellent English both oral and written.
LOGISTIC & PROCUREMENT
• Male/ female.
• Age maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree from Technical department.
• Min. 2 years experience as a logistic & procurement, in oil & gas, energy, telecommunication, infrastructure, service company.
• Good in negotiable and used to work on deadline.
• Trustworthy and can take full responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with English proficiency.
• Computer Literate.
• Good Attitude.
