Key tasks
Responsible for all operations in relation to the Reservations area of the Hotel whilst on duty. Providing most comprehensive and accurate information to the telephone callers, guests and other staff and other departments. Handling guest reservation, managing the reservation system, ensuring that reservations are processed based on the established room availability, applicable rates and billing arrangements. Supervising all reservation agents in coordination with Front Office Manager and other Department Heads.
Essential requirements
Min. 2 years experience at Reservation team, good English, having leadership skill, good in teamwork, high motivated person and guest satisfaction orientation.

Areas of study: Tourism
Experience minimum in the sector: 2 years
