In Indonesia, INPEX is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMIGAS for many upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production.

Responsibilities:
In handling instrument engineering works, ensure compliance and/or alignment to the design philosophy, methodologies and approaches for the FLNG projectsProvide expertise and handle the processes of ensuring the deliverables related to instrument engineering during the FEED phasesContribute expertise in the project economics of the instrument engineering projectsProvide expertise in the planning, cost and risk management processes of instrument engineering projectsProvide/contribute expertise – related to instrument engineering – in the:o Selection of FEED contractorso Provision of construction specifications for EPC contractor selectiono FEED Contractors’ performance assurance/assessmento Handle the documentation and project progress reporting for instrument engineeringo In coordination with the HSE Engineers and O&M Engineers, assure design alignment/compliance to Facility HSE policies and Safety Standardso Provide expertise and take part in the interfacing processes related to instrument engineering projects: (1) change management processes, (2) change process communication, (3) conflict resolution processesRequirements:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering especially in disciplines related to Oil and Gas facility5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 3 years in the areas of onshore and offshore instrument engineering projects. LNG experience is preferableFluency in English both spoken and writtenComputer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related softwareAble to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, disciplined, dynamic with good personalitySystem Engineer (Code: FLNG)
