Product Executive
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Developing & analyzing sales reports
• Conduct inventory-taking
• Monitoring spg premium
• Filing & monitoring events / promotions
• Lobbying
• Handling customer complaints
• Customer relations
• Telemarketing
• Submission of pricing for new products
• Archiving

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required skill (s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
• Fresh graduates / Entry-level Applicants are encouraged to apply.

Sales Promotion Representative (SPR)
Willing to be placed outside of Java: Lampung, Kalimantan, Manado, Makassar

Responsibilities:

• In cooperation with the Exclusive Distributors and Sales of the Distributor to achieve sales targets and promotion that has been established for the territory.
• Together with the Distributor to formulate regional development strategies, and the Minutes of the meeting sent to central office.
• Establish cooperation with other companies who are not competitors to hold promotional events in the region.
• Establish cooperation with Educational Institutions, Schools, Local Education Agency.
• To monitor team performance.
• Doing training for distributor salesmen, or employee SPG outlets Doing joint call with a salesman from Distributor
• Fully responsible for the implementation of promotional events
• Doing Faber-Castell offers products directly to schools and institutions.
• Making daily SPR Activities Report

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 30 years
• Min high school education
• Have SIM C
• Min 1 year experience in the field of sales
• Min 1 year experience in the field of Promotion
• Having own vehicle
• Open to graduate Diploma and S1
• Willing to follow the training for 6 months (JABOTABEK region)

Sales Staff
Work Location: Jakarta & Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement activities as outlined in the agenda call
• Make regular visits to the outlets in accordance with the call plan
• Offer products and check stock at the outlet as well as to estimate the order
• Fostering good relations with the outlet
• Create a sales order and create a recapitulation of daily sales, weekly
• Creating a recording of the sales order to the customer card and monitoring daily sales
• Evaluating the results of the visit by the accumulation

Office Boy
Work Location: Makassar

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy desk, chairs, computers and other equipment.

• Provide drinks for employees.

• Buy and prepare lunch employees.
